Its ultra compact blade and two section telescoping shaft deliver exceptional packability without sacrificing the structural integrity needed to break through cement like avalanche debris.

The flat back blade is optimised for clean snow pit wall profiling, making it equally suited to snow stability assessment as it is to emergency excavation. Built from high strength aluminium with a neckless construction, the Responder is a durable and dependable choice for search and rescue teams, mountain professionals, and serious backcountry travellers.
